Dr. Amanda Bevans, AHT, BSc., DVM is a graduate of St. George’s University and completed her clinical year of veterinary medicine at the University of Minnesota. She began her veterinary career as a Registered Veterinary Technologist (Olds College) and worked in small animal medicine while obtaining her undergraduate degree (University of Lethbridge).

Her veterinary interests include emergency and urgent care medicine for dogs and cats and she loves this career because it offers opportunities of life long learning and the chance to help animals, relieve suffering and provide advice to pet parents.

She has extra training including; Fear Free Certification, Recover CPR certification and Veterinary Business Management.

Free time allows for traveling and adventures with family, photography, digital scrapbooking and learning new skills.
