Dr. Precht is a Colorado native who was born and raised in Longmont, CO. She grew up volunteering countless hours at the Longmont Humane Society, which became her second home and is the reason that she wanted to become a veterinarian. She attended Colorado State University for both her undergraduate and veterinary medical education, where she graduated with a BS in biomedical sciences in 2014, and with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2018. Dr. Precht’s clinical interests include preventive care, geriatric medicine, internal medicine, and clinical pathology. She currently lives in Milliken with her partner, Cody, and their fur babies: Gypsy, Bellatrix, and Albus. In her spare time, Dr. Precht loves reading, exploring the Colorado wilderness, and enjoying a cold craft beer.
