Dr. Katerina Herzberg was born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology at Iowa State University and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from The University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine. While in veterinary school, she was involved in a variety of volunteering opportunities that provided low-cost veterinary care to local communities. She hopes to continue using her passion for animals to give back.

Dr. Herzberg joined VCA in June 2020. She has a special interest in soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and preventative medicine.

When not in the hospital, Dr. Herzberg enjoys hiking, cooking, and spending time with her family, including her husband/best friend, Logan, their two fluffy cats, and their two energetic Labrador Retrievers.
