Dr. Alize Rodriguez was born and raised in Staten Island, New York. She received her Bachelor in Science and Minor in Music from University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, and graduated with her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Ross University. She did a Small Animal Medicine and Surgery Rotating Internship and Emergency Critical Care and Surgery Rotating Internship at Ocean State Veterinary Specialists.
Her professional Interests include Critical Care, Emergency Surgery, and Exotics. Her personal interests include hiking, lego building, and live music. "I hope to continue to grow and learn from my colleagues while being able to contribute to the hospital and community in a positive way," says Dr. Rodriguez. Her pets, Ting (a 6 year old Coconut Retriever Mixed Dog from St. Kitts) and Monkey (a 6 year old Domestic Shorthair Tortie Feline from St. Kitts are her pride and joy.
