VCA White Oak has cared for the dogs and cats of Fredericksburg, Stafford, King George, and the surrounding communities for more than 25 years. Originally owned by Dr. Stacy Horner-Dunn and Dr. Gary Dunn, White Oak Animal Hospital was opened in 1996 before becoming part of VCA Animal Hospitals in 2023. Over time, we've grown and added to our resume of services to include dog training, pet grooming, and pet boarding. We view the veterinarians and support staff as members of our VCA White Oak family. We have the benefit of long term dedicated staff that believe in our philosophy of personalized veterinary care and help us achieve that goal.

Chihuahua Rescue & Transport (CRT) is a foster-based rescue group that places Chihuahuas and Chihuahua mixes in approved homes. Their purpose is to extend public education and awareness regarding overpopulation, abuse, neglect, importance of spaying/neutering, and the tragic, high rates of Chihuahua abandonment and shelter euthanasia.
