Urgent Care services are medical care provided for illnesses or injuries which require prompt attention but are typically not of such seriousness as to require the services of an emergency room.
Some conditions that require a visit include:
- Bleeding or smelly discharge from vaginal area
- Discolored breasts
- Inflamed or red teats
- Swollen teats
- Ulcerated breasts
- Mammary glands that are hot to the touch
- Blood or pus in the milk
- Blood or pus oozing from the teats
- Babies not eating, defecating or urinating
NOTE: Some conditions may require us to stabilize and then refer you and your pet to a emergency or specialty hospital for more advanced care.
