VCA Valley Animal Hospital and Emergency Center is a 24-hour full-service facility that offers routine small animal care, exotic animal medicine, and emergency services in Tucson, AZ. For over 60 years, we have been providing vet services to Tucson and the surrounding Southern Arizona areas including Vail, Benson, Marana, Oro Valley, and many more. 
 
Our veterinary hospital provides a variety of state-of-the-art care that includes services such as Internal Medicine, Advanced Dentistry Care, Diagnostic Imaging Services (Digital Radiology, CT, Ultrasound), Endoscopy, Soft Tissue Surgery, Critical Care/Hospitalization, Oxygen Therapy, Routine Dentistry, Early Disease Detection, Wellness and Illness Care, Spay and Neutering, Vaccines, Micro-chipping, and Parasite Control. 
 
Our veterinary hospital provides Home Delivery services and CareClub. CareClub is our comprehensive wellness plan for pets of all ages with unlimited exams and easy affordable monthly payments.  
 
We carry a variety of pet foods such as Hill's, Royal Canin and Purina Prescription Diets. 
 
VCA Valley Animal Hospital and Emergency Center provides 24-hour emergency veterinary care, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and are here if your pet needs Urgent, Emergency or Critical care!
 
With over 100 years of combined experience, our veterinarian team of over 20 veterinarians will provide a vast amount of expertise, knowledge and experience to you and your pet.
 
We are contracted with several local law enforcement organizations and have a close relationship with other local organizations: The Tucson Police Department, Pima County Sheriff’s Department, Tohono O’odham Nation Police Department, Tucson Sector Border Patrol, Pima County Attorney’s Office, Tucson Airport Authority, Humane Society of Southern Arizona, Hermitage Cat Shelter and Pima Animal Care Center.
 
Since 1995, VCA Valley Animal Hospital and Emergency Center has been an AAHA (American Animal Hospitals Association) accredited hospital making us one of the finest hospitals in the industry. Being an AAHA-accredited hospital means that we are evaluated on approximately 900 standards of veterinary excellence every three years. These standards address a variety of issues related to both patient care and the facility, including exam facilities, dental care, diagnostic imaging, and cleanliness.

The American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) sets the standard for quality veterinary care for companion animals. As an accredited hospital, we voluntarily uphold the Association's high standards in 18 different areas and are routinely evaluated on over 900 different standards of veterinary care. Not all animal hospitals are accredited, and we are proud to be amongst only 12-15% of veterinary hospitals that hold this honor.
