Dr. Jared Ashworth graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in May 2020, where he garnered a passion for emergency medicine, internal medicine, and neurology.  Upon graduation, he began his career in the U.S. Army, completing his First Year Graduate Veterinary Education internship at Ft. Bragg, NC. He is currently completing his last year of service at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center in Twentynine Palms, CA. He has partnered with VCA Valley Animal Medical Center through their mentorship program and looks forward to working full-time in Winter 2023. His hobbies include creative writing, reading, international travel, and hiking with his husband and two dogs.
