Give your dog a fun, safe and stimulating day of socializing.
A typical day in our 3,800-square-foot play area includes direct interaction with up to 45 other dogs, climbing on/under play equipment, interacting and playing games with our human staff, resting/napping, fresh water available at all times and lots of potty breaks.
To minimize the risks associated with dog day care as much as possible, the Range Pet Lodge requires an evaluation day prior to entering the day care. This evaluation will help our staff determine the temperament of your dog and if they are a good fit with our day care group.
To pass the evaluation, your dog should welcome human handling and meeting multiple dogs with different personalities and playstyles. Dogs with extreme shyness, inappropriate playstyles or aggression will not be able to take part in daycare and will be switched to Boarding Day Stay. If it has been more than 6 months since your dog has come to day care at The Range Pet Lodge, we will require a new pet evaluation due to the ever-changing dynamics of our day care.
Pets who come for Doggy Day care have opportunities to play throughout the day so we can burn their energy for you and keep a close eye on them. Drop them off on the way to work and pick them up on the way home—they’ll love it!
Pick-up and drop-off is between the hours of 7:00 am - 5:30 pm. Day care dogs are enrolled in our group play activities for the day. To get the most out of your pet’s play time, please arrive before 11:30 am. For additional daytime services, ask about our additional services available for your dog.
Please note that all dogs must have the influenza vaccine in order to board with us. If your dog has never had this vaccine before, they must get it 14 days prior to their visit. Additionally, all dogs must be at least 4 months of age to participate in day care. All dogs 6 months or older must be spayed/neutered and current on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Leptospirosis, Bordetella and be flea and tick free to participate in day care. All dogs must be in good health and must not have come into contact with any infectious diseases within the last 30 days.
