Marie is one of our veterinary assistants and has been with VCA for two months. She has an AA degree in humanities- cultural fine art. Her professional goals are to obtain a bachelor’s degree and continue to learn the field of veterinary medicine. If you asked her what she likes most about her job, she’d say “I like working with like-minded people (animal lovers) and talking to clients about their pets. My favorite part is working with animals.”

Outside of work, Marie enjoys the beach, springs, hiking trails, gardening, painting, and spending time with her family and pets. Her furry family includes 1 cat (Smokey), 2 dogs (Leo & Nelly), 1 snake (Arrow), and 1 turtle (Crook).
