Dr. Jamie Engstrom graduated from Washington State University's College of Veterinary Medicine in 2004. She spent her first years of practice at a large 24-hour hospital in California before returning the Inland Northwest. She has been a Veterinarian at VCA Ponti Animal Hospital since 2006. Her special interests include dermatology, soft tissue surgery and feline medicine.

In her spare time, she loves to hike and garden. She shares a home with her husband and four children as well as a lab mix named "Rudy", and 2 cats "Princess" and "Gizmo."
