At VCA PetPoint Medical Center and Resort, we help pets live long, healthy and happy lives. We deliver high quality medical care for pets and the best experience for pet owners.
Our veterinarians, technicians and other pet-friendly support staff provide excellent care for you and your pet. Their thorough knowledge ensures that all our patients receive the best in preventive and healing care.
VCA PetPoint Medical Center and Resort offers everything for your pets’ health and wellbeing. Dr. Kathy Wentworth, our Medical Director, has more than 20 years of expertise in both conventional and integrative medicine in Southern California.
Our approach is simple and sophisticated – all pets are cared for like family in our state-of-the-art, 16,000 square foot Center, featuring cutting edge equipment. VCA PetPoint is a unique Medical and Boarding Center in Orange County that embraces the “Fear-Free” philosophy, which actively addresses emotional levels pets often experience during their visit to pet care services.
Our mission is to prevent and alleviate fear, anxiety, and stress in pets by inspiring and educating the people who care for them.
We all love our pets and want what’s best for them throughout their lives, but we aren’t always equipped with the right tools, information, education, or resources to truly fulfill that goal. This is where Fear-Free comes in.
Veterinary visits are a crucial part of Fear-Free. In order to provide your pets with long, happy, healthy lives, regular visits to your veterinarian for both preventive and acute care are needed. Why is it that so many pets, and owners, dread visiting the veterinarian? Often, it is due to the fear, anxiety, and stress pets (and owners) experience, but it doesn’t have to be that way. When you visit VCA PetPoint, you can be assured that your pet’s emotional well-being is positively supported.
We harness the scale and strength of our global network while acknowledging each individual's contribution. We work locally to improve the lives of all who interact with our brand.
