Hannah Burchette Rhodes
Veterinarian Specialist DVM

Dr. Hannah Burchette Rhodes is a 2020 graduate from St. George's School of Veterinary Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. After receiving her doctorate, she traveled back to her home state of North Carolina to complete a one-year rotating internship at BluePearl Veterinary Hospital in Cary, North Carolina. During her internship, Dr. Burchette Rhodes confirmed her passion for emergency medicine and went on to complete a 3-year Small Animal Emergency and Critical Care residency at The Ohio State University Veterinary Medical Center.

Dr. Burchette Rhodes interests include respiratory emergencies, managing septic patients, caring for unstable post-operative patients, and providing continuing education and open communication with the referring community. She is passionate about teaching technicians, interns, and emergency doctors and looks forward to growing with the West Palm Beach – VCA team.

Outside of work, Dr. Burchette Rhodes enjoys spending time with her husband Alex, exploring new local restaurants, hiking, paddle boarding, and spending time with family and friends. She has one ginger cat (Toulouse) and one black Labrador (Zsasz).
