Our grooming department does a great job giving your pets a day at the spa. We do ask that your pet arrives for their spa treatment prior to 9:00 am. This allows the groomers time to get everyone settled and ready to start their relaxing experience. Our groomers will call you when your pet's treatments are finished, as we like to stage out their day so that no one feels rushed or anxious. After all, it should be a relaxing experience.
We do ask that your pet arrive the morning of their procedure between 7:00 am - 7:30 am. This will allow the medical team time to prepare them for their procedure.
