Dr. George Carlton joined VCA Orange City Animal Hospital in 2010, he had previously owned Semoran Animal Hospital for 23 years. Dr. Carlton's wife Karen, does tissue typing for Florida Hospital, they have 2 children. Ricky, enjoys playing guitar and golf and graduated from UCF with a degree in digital media. Jeanna, enjoys playing piano and shopping, she has a degree in Elementary Education and teaches first grade. He now has a grand daughter as of July 2015 Eleanor Louise. Dr. Carlton grew up on a farm and from the age of 8 knew that he loved animals and wanted to take care of them. He has a Shorkie Terrier name Bella.
