Dr. Jaclyn Posluns grew up in Thornhill, Ontario and has been animal-crazy from the time she was small! She attended the University of Guelph where she completed her undergraduate degree in Animal Biology, later receiving her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2015. Jaclyn is excited to be a member of such a skilled and compassionate veterinary team that delivers outstanding medicine. Her special interests within the field include dentistry, geriatric care and preventative medicine.

Jaclyn is a burger-enthusiast and has been on a quest to find the best burger in Toronto, making her way through Blog TO's top list with her partner, Lorne. When not eating, they can be found exploring the city with their Labrador Retriever, Sadie. Sadie was rescued as a Heartworm positive dog, but is now a "Heartworm Survivor", living life to its fullest- worm free!
