We have a highly dedicated and progressive team of five doctors and 24 support staff to offer the gold standard of medicine and care to you and your pet.
Our staff have a multitude of talents and interests including being Fear Free professionals, cold laser therapy, wildlife rehabilitation, alternative therapies, nutrition and some work with small mammals/pocket pets.
We are students, parents, grandparents, siblings, sons and daughters, as well as professional doctors, technicians, animal care attendants and customer care people.
We understand the bond between you and your pet because we are just like you. Our pets are part of our family. We will offer the best medical care possible to help your furry friend remain with you for as long as possible. You are a partner in your pet's care and we will work with you in providing that care.
We enjoy our community and provide support of our local schools, boy and girl clubs, scouts, police and fire student educational programs, and other community functions. We work with career programs in the high school as well as internship programs with Holyoke Community College and Becker University.
We consider it a privilege to care for your pets. What other profession can you share in the joys of a first puppy or kitten visit and care for them throughout adulthood?
We do not see ourselves as just having careers, we are a team of healthcare professionals who love what we do.
