Dr. Medoro is originally from Colorado. She completed her Bachelors degree at Creighton University and her Masters degree at The University of Georgia. She then went on to earn her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Tuskegee University. After graduating, she spent a year in Chattanooga, TN, completing a small animal rotating internship focusing on emergency and critical care. In her spare time, Dr. Medoro enjoys spending time with her husband, Brad, her kids, and her Great Dane, Moo; her French bulldog, Bishop; her cat, Scarlett; and her two prayer dogs, Alan and Steve.
Dr. Medoro enjoys traveling and has participated in many international programs to include a Wildlife immunization clinic in Costa Rica and a spay and neuter clinic in Nicaragua. However, Dr. Medoro's most treasured experiences came when she traveled to Thailand for six weeks to work at an elephant sanctuary. She helped care for over 30 injured elephants and over 400 dogs. Dr. Medoro's primary focus and passion is in emergency medicine and critical care.
