If your pet experiences a knee ligament injury, procedures such as a TTA (Tibial tuberosity advancement) may be recommended. For our smaller pets we can also offer the lateral suture technique. Patella Luxation may sometimes require surgery to minimize pain and improve your pet's quality of life. A dislocated hip may require an FHO (femoral head ostectomy). If there is a more advanced problem inside a joint or fracture, our doctors will recommend a board certified surgeon at a specialty center.
