Becky joined the VCA Hanson team in January 2012, bringing with her over 30 years of veterinary experience. She has previously worked as a kennel assistant, technician, and co-manager, and has a background in both horse management and canine obedience. Currently she lives with a very active dog named Mario who is a Schnoodle (Giant Schnauzer Standard Poodle), and Banjo who is an Irish Jack Russell Terrier. Over the years Becky has adopted many types of animals, including cats, dogs, birds, an iguana, a rat, guinea pigs, a mouse, a hamster and some rabbits-- most who needed homes, some of which just "magically" found their way to her house! Becky enjoys working at VCA Hanson, where she still gets to work hands on with many of these species. She enjoys traveling and yearly goes to Vietnam to visit her son and his family. She also spends time with her daughter, who lives locally. During the summer you may see her out paddling on a local pond or nearby ocean bays. She bikes and rollerblades the Cape Cod canal and enjoys walking her dog. Becky enjoys working with people and their pets. She strives with passion to make VCA Hanson Animal Hospital a great place to work, as well as provide the best care for our patients and excellent service to our clients.
