We are located in the Bear/Glasgow/Newark area and have been serving the New Castle County for the past 15 years. Specifically, we have been in Peoples Plaza for more than 15 years.
Our hospital routinely provides annual physical examinations, illness examinations, vaccinations, surgery, dentistry, xray radiographs, parasite testing, and on-site blood testing and urinalysis.
Everyone on our staff believes that the better we get to know your pets, the better we can provide the best possible health care for them. In fact, when you come in, you'll see exactly why our veterinarians are praised for their kind and thorough care. We'll give you and your pet all the time you need, and never rush through an exam. Delaware SPCA
The Delaware SPCA is a private nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the well-being of companion animals with their human caregivers and communities. They have been serving the state of Delaware since 1873. They promote the humane treatment of animals by providing adoption opportunities, low-cost veterinary services and educational programs. They do not receive federal or state funding, and there is no national SPCA. They rely primarily on support and donations from the community and individuals to carry on their work for the animals.

Homeward Trails
Homeward Trails Animal Rescue is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides pet adoption in Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland. They find homes for dogs and cats rescued from low-income, rural animal shelters or whose owners can no longer care for them; abandoned hunting dogs who are dumped in woods or left at shelters; owned pets whose owners can no longer care for them; and animals who have been injured, abused and neglected. They actively seek to reduce the rate of euthanasia, support proactive spay/neuter practices, and educate the public about how to care for their animals in a humane way. They facilitate adoptions from local shelters and support a large network of foster care providers who take homeless dogs and cats into their homes, care for them, rehabilitate them when needed, and prepare them for their permanent adoptive homes.
