Your first visit will allow us to get to know each other, check your pet's health, and begin wellness care to help prevent against future illnesses.
During your pet’s first visit, your veterinarian will do a head-to-tail exam and check overall health, including the skin and coat, eyes and ears, teeth and gums, heart, lungs and other vital organs.
The veterinarian will also check your pet for fleas, ticks and other external parasites.
Your veterinarian will also ask questions about your pet’s diet, habits and activities, and discuss overall health and wellness including:

When your pet is scheduled for boarding, please allow at least 5 minutes to fill out paperwork. Please drop off at least 30 minutes prior to closing, so that your pet settles in before our team leaves for the night.
When your pet is scheduled for grooming, please drop-off between 6:30 am - 8:30 am. Please allow at least 15 minutes for check-in, as we will go over your pet's specific grooming instructions and verify all vaccinations are current prior to drop-off. Grooming appointments must be scheduled in advance.
When your pet is scheduled for a surgery, please drop off between 7:00 am - 8:00 am and allow for at least 5 minutes to check in. Please make sure you take up all food by 8:00 pm the night before and water by 10:00 pm. Be sure to call the hospital if you have any questions!
