Your first visit will allow us to get to know each other, check your pet's health, and begin wellness care to help prevent against future illnesses.
During your pet’s first visit, your veterinarian will do a head-to-tail exam and check overall health, including the skin and coat, eyes and ears, teeth and gums, heart, lungs and other vital organs.
The veterinarian will also check your pet for fleas, ticks and other external parasites.
Your veterinarian will also ask questions about your pet’s diet, habits and activities, and discuss overall health and wellness including:

Boarding check-in hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. If your pet is scheduled to receive a bath during their stay, pick-up times will be between 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
When your pet is scheduled for a surgery or dental cleaning, you must bring him or her to the hospital ahead of your actual appointment time. The hospital is open for check-ins between 7:00 am - 8:00 am. A member from our client service staff will call you two days prior to your appointment to confirm a check-in time and go over fasting instructions for your pet.
Fasting instructions: No food after 8:00 pm the evening before your pet's scheduled surgery or dental cleaning appointment; however, your pet may have water all the way up to the time of his or her appointment.
