Dr. Annalita Grover was born and raised in the sweet suburbs of Colonia, New Jersey. She is a recent LIU CVM graduate who completed her clinical training from many renowned specialty facilities in the area such as the Animal Medical Center NYC, VREC Westbury, LIVS, and VMCLl. She officially joined our VCA family in 2024!
Dr. Grover's motivation to pursue veterinary medicine was her first rescue dog, Lucky, who transformed her world and taught her the deep meaning behind the animal-human bond. Although Lucky left this world at the age of 16 in 2022, his impact has remained her daily driving force to keep her patients living happy, healthy, and comfortable lives with their families for as long as possible.
During her spare time, Dr. Grover enjoys taking part in spay, neuter, and medicine clinics for underprivileged communities. She travels to India each year to work with the stray animal rescue foundation, and it brings her much joy to treat/rehabilitate the stray animals through patience and innovation.
Her personal interests include traveling and exploring new cities with her husband, three rescue pitties (Angel, Zara, Leo), and three rescue cats (Yoda, Mowgli, Lily).
Her professional interests include geriatric patient care, internal medicine, immune-mediated disease, and nutrition.
Dr. Grover loves to work closely with pet-owners on coming up with the best, unique treatment plans for their fur-babies because she is a strong believer that no one knows a pet better than their owner!
