Team Spotlight
Dr. Yu graduated from Tufts University and joined the VCA family in 2013. Even though she went to school on the east coast, her heart has always been in the Midwest and she is happy to be returning home to Minnesota this year. She loves musical theater, dance, cooking, travelling and playing flag football. Go Twins!
I have been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. My parents say since about four years old when my dad brought home our first rescue dog. The years have flown by and it has now been over 30 years since I have joined VCA. I enjoy working in all departments alongside my Associates and have been in management for about 20 years. In my free time, I enjoy working with wood, such as scroll sawing, and turning wood with a lathe and gardening. I have a seven-year-old cat named Thomas and a five-year-old beagle mix named Bruticus.
