Kate Paskoff
Veterinarian Specialist - Surgery MVB, Practice Limited to Surgery

Originally from central Indiana, Dr. Paskoff obtained her undergraduate degree at Purdue University graduating with her B.S. in 2012. Attending vet school at the University College Dublin she graduated with her MVB in 2017. Dr. Paskoff has completed multiple post graduate internships starting with a rotating internship at VCA Advanced Veterinary Care Center in Fishers, IN, completed in 2018, followed by a focused surgical internship at Mission Vet Specialty and Emergency in San Antonio, TX, completed in 2019. Dr. Paskoff completed additional surgery focused internships at Blue Pearl Monterey 2019-2020, and BluePearl Tampa 2020-2021. She completed her surgical residency at BluePearl Monterey in California in 2024. 

Professionally, Dr. Paskoff has particular surgical interest in wound management, surgical oncology, fracture repair including minimally invasive techniques and cardio thoracic surgery.

When not in the hospital, Dr. Paskoff enjoys travel, gourmet food, red wine, and reading novels. All of these activities shared with her husband Josh and their dog Finnegan, who loves chasing his ball and going to the beach.
