Dr. Jonathan Lai joined our team in September 2022. He graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in London. He is a local, having grown up in San Jose. He first became interested in veterinary medicine from David Attenborough animal documentaries on TV. He enjoys being able to develop relationships with his clients, and especially their unique stories involving their pets. Dr. Lai has a special interest in orthopedics and hopes to incorporate this surgery into his repertoire.

In his spare time, Dr. Lai enjoys playing tennis and video games. He does not currently have any pets, but is planning on getting one or two furry friends in the near future.
