Dr. Beth Charles grew up in Canberra, Australia, the 'bush capital' but moved with her husband to Sydney, Australia for her veterinary schooling.  Following that they moved to the United States for career opportunities. She first joined our sister practice, New York Veterinary Hospital , in July of 2017 and since we joined the two practices in August 2018 she has been a welcome addition to our veterinary team

Dr. Charles has loved and cared for animals from a young age.  She grew up with dogs and horses and was an avid equestrian rider and dog  trainer before  beginning  her veterinary career. She still enjoys horse riding as a leisure activity and she has a wonderful Rhodesian Ridgeback named Einstein who likes to take walks in the sun and explore NYC.  Dr. Charles is   passionate about the health and well-being of animals and is committed to continuing her knowledge in caring for them.
