Hi, I'm Shannon! Originally from Houston, I spent a decade in Southern California before settling in Round Rock in 1992. I'm a proud mother of three girls and a grandmother to two wonderful granddaughters, with whom I cherish every moment.

I joined the VCA Lakeline team in 2022, and I absolutely love the supportive and dedicated team I work with. Outside of work, I'm passionate about animal rescue and volunteer with Austin Pets Alive. I specialize in fostering neonatal kittens, helping them find their forever homes—though I've had a few "foster fails" who are now part of my menagerie of pets at home. My pets keep me busy, and I wouldn't have it any other way!
