Donna joined the team in August of 2005. With no other veterinary experience, she became a veterinary technician. She then moved to the front office and slowly worked her way up the ladder at VCA Lake Wales Animal Hospital. She started training for the position of Practice Administrator in January of 2013, and in November of 2015 that became a reality. An avid animal lover, she has a cat named Bru and a Shih Tzu named Charli.

It is her passion to make sure that everyone who comes into the hospital has a warm and pleasant experience from the time they enter the front door until the time they leave. On weekends she can be found with her friends riding their motorcycles and exploring around the state.
