Maggie joined the team at VCA Kirkwood in 2022. She began as a kennel assistant and is now training as a veterinary assistant. Since she was a young girl, she's always had an interest in helping animals and had a soft spot for them. After the loss of her first pet, she knew she wanted to be in the veterinary field, where she could help animals live longer, healthier lives. She has three dogs, Ollie, Rollo, and Sadie, who are her joy and happiness. Seeing the animals each day reminds her of a quote she really loves, "When I look into the eyes of an animal. I do not see an animal. I see a living being. I see a friend. I feel a soul."
