Chelsea joined the VCA team at VCA Lexington Blvd. Animal Hospital in 2015 as a Client Service Representative. Over the next two years, she advanced to the role of Assistant Manager, where she gained valuable insights into the administrative aspects of veterinary practice under the mentorship of Jackie Alfaro. In May 2021, Chelsea took on the position of Hospital Manager at VCA Kelliwood Animal Hospital.

She is currently pursuing her certification as a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) through Penn Foster, reflecting her commitment to professional growth in the field. Chelsea is dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients and their pets, as well as supporting her colleagues.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their poodle mix, Bowie, while exploring new travel destinations. Her hobbies include cooking and engaging in various DIY projects.
