Jolynn joined the hospital in 2013 as an Credential Veterinary Technician. She earned her additional VTS Clinical Practice credentials in 2018 and is currently the Technician Team Supervisor. She serves on the board of the Academy of Veterinary Technicians in Clinical Practice as a Canine/Feline Member at Large to consult on canine and feline updates. She is also a contributing writer to Today's Veterinary Nurse Journal.

Jolynn's furry family includes two dogs, Bella-Faith and Clifford, and her cats, Rubeus Hagrid and Superman!
