Dr. Andrea Lee has been with Fairmount Animal Hospital since 2002. Originally from Dutchess County, Dr. Lee obtained a Master's of Science in Neurobiology and Behavior from Cornell University and received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Lee's primary objective is to help pets and owners enjoy a more satisfying relationship with each other and loves maintaining the pet's health to maintain the pet's quality of life.
She is a member of the AVMA and AVSAB, is fear free certified, and has a special interest in Veterinary Behavior!
Outside of work, Dr. Lee enjoys running, hiking, paddle boarding, and reading. She also has a huge passion a for agility! In 2021 Dr. Lee (and Joy!) were invited by the American Kennel Club to represent Brittany's in ESPN Dog Day 2021!
Her furry family includes 2 Brittanys, Joyful (7 years old) and Blizzard (1 year old).
