Jacquelyn was born and raised in Fort McMurray.  She travelled to Australia to enjoy the beach life and complete a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology followed by Veterinary Science in 2013.

Since returning to Canada with her cat, Simon, her fur family has grown to include a little ginger cat, Bundy, and their big sister Diamond, a Pitbull mix. Jacquelyn has fallen in love with Calgary and enjoys both the city life and heading to the mountains for hiking and camping. Having worked in both primary care and emergency she enjoys the many challenges of the veterinary field with special interests in feline medicine and senior patient chronic care.
