Dr. Kolb joined the practice in 1984 after graduating from the Veterinary College at Cornell. He and his wife Joan, who is also a veterinarian, reside in DeRuyter. In his spare time he enjoys participating in mission trips to other countries to volunteer veterinary services and provide care for pets there.
