Dr. Eilea Delgadillo was born and raised in rural Oregon. She grew up surrounded by a menagerie including horses, rabbits, poultry, pigs, rodents, snakes, birds, chinchillas and of course... many dogs and cats. She graduated from vet school at Oregon State University and then completed a rigorous specialty rotating internship at VCA Northwest Veterinary Specialists in Portland, where she received postdoctoral training in neurology, oncology, internal medicine, ophthalmology, surgery and emergency medicine. She recently moved to Alaska in search of adventure with her 2 dogs Pasco, a fluffy old Shih Tzu, and Pi, a 3-legged Shephard mix.
Outside of veterinary medicine, her hobbies include drawing, hiking and eating delicious food. She's excited to explore Alaska more and be a part of the amazing team at VCA Bering Sea!
