Dr. Laura Golding joined Bay Cities Animal Hospital in May 2013. She received her Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in the field of biology from McMaster University, before moving on to the the University of Guelph to complete her DVM at the Ontario Veterinary College. She is a member of the College of Veterinarians of Ontario, the Ontario Veterinary Medical Association, and the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association.

Dr. Golding has developed a special interest in the fields of nutrition and dermatology owing to a certain a 4-legged family member with a myriad of skin disorders and a very picky appetite! When not spending time with her intermittently itchy bichon frise, “Gracie”, she can be found enjoying long hikes around the Hamilton conservation areas and waterfront trails, or inside watching old movies with a cup of tea in hand.
