Christina's passion for animals began at a young age, growing up in Pittsburg, CA. As a first-generation American, Christina learned the importance of working hard and applying herself early on; her parent's emigration story from Romania often serves as an inspiration and direction for her.
While still completing her bachelor's degree online, Christina began working at VCA Encina Veterinary Medical Center in Walnut Creek and dedicated 13 years there including roles in operations manager and doctor's assistant team lead; growing in a hybrid-hospital allowed her to develop a well-rounded career in veterinary medicine.
Outside of her professional life, Christina enjoys spending her days off at estate sales hunting for antiques, challenging herself to house projects, camping and spending quality time with her husband and young daughter.
