Aaron Frazier is deeply committed to VCA’s people, taking great care to know the experiences of its Associates and clients, and supporting its teams to deliver world-class medicine. As COO, Aaron is responsible for VCA Canada and leads VCA’s U.S. Operations, including the West, Central and Eastern Divisions, Urgent Care and Innovation.

Aaron joined VCA in 2007 as a Regional Operations Director and has held different roles in Operations and Client Experience, Wellness and Knowledge & Learning. Aaron relocated to Canada in 2019, serving initially as COO and then as GM for Canada for two years, growing VCA’s network and empowering teams to see more pets. Before VCA, Aaron was with Hill’s Pet Nutrition for eight years. 

He is devoted to understanding and improving Hospitals, and finding opportunities to help our Associates grow and thrive at VCA. Aaron has a broad understanding of the veterinary industry and VCA’s business intimately, as he holds a long history of roles in Operations and Client Experience, Wellness and Knowledge & Learning. Aaron is a proven VCA leader who embodies its values. He’s curious and authentic, building trusted relationships wherever he goes.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business and finance from The University of Kansas.

Aaron enjoys spending time with his family. He has two sons who are in school; one is finishing his undergraduate degree and is now working toward a Physical Therapy degree, and the other is in his senior year of high school and preparing for the transition to college.
